Inauguration

This was one of the most beautiful events that I have or will ever have the opportunity to be a part of. Even though I didn't get the chance to do everything that I planned to do, I have no regrets. It was a blessing to be a part of this piece of history.

I am blessed to have a cousin in PR who is allowing me the opportunity to follow around a Colorado Senator during the Inauguration events next week. I will be working hard from the time I land in DC on Sunday. This will be one of the greatest moments of my life. I am sure I will have some killer images for you all.

Putting an end to 2008!!

I have been thinking about New Year's resolutions. Of course, I have the same "get in shape" resolution as everyone else. However, this isn't satisfying me this year. I needed to come up with something more in depth. What will my resolution be that is more than just your run of the mill resolution. Here are some items that I've come up with so far. There will be more to come - this is a slow process.

1 - Give more of myself to those around me - whoever that may be.
2 - Give my time to those less fortunate than me more than once a year. Sometimes, we think donating items sufice, but a smiling face and a helping hand can mean so much more.
3 - Get organized so that I can do the above items.

Jackie and John!!!! I don't even know where to start. They were so great and willing to go anywhere and do anything. We even walked on the coral reef - we got kicked off of that. She put her dress on three times within two days just to take pictures - Bless her heart!!! Crazy, I know!
